I have another question is that there is same different in my Outlook 2007 with The Skelta BPM.NET 2007 Developer Guide. In my Outlook 2007, there isn't a button of Approval or Reject.

You will need to specify a From Email id for the mails used for the mail channel. In the example you are using the default setting (admin@domain.com) and hence you are getting this error. The mail channel needs to be configured to listen to this email id for incoming mails.

You need to install the outlook pluging for getting the buttons in outlook, please contact your sales contact for the download details for the outlook plugin.

I have change the Email ID as the incoming ID, for example, I need a nser named 'stone' to approve my application , the Email ID is 'stone@zhangxl.microsoft.com' .

I have received the application mail. But after I reply the mail,and I have write 'approve' in the '[]' of the mail, the workflow's status still wait. Is this question because I have not installed the outlook plugin.

Hi,

You need to install Outlook plugins, then you have more options to act on the task assigned to actor, like popup item on the Skelta mail and Skelta ribbon bar only for Outlook 2007.
