The username & passwrod is dependant on the user provider that you selected while creating the repository. What did you select. The default user provider which can be used is Skelta List, please see the post below.

During installation did you activate the license. This exception could occur due to License evaluation time getting expired or due to Non activated license. Do you have a valid license ?regards,

What is the error you are getting when you are trying to login to Ec site ?
You can also try with different user credentials and see if it works.
