| Hi Saravanan, Skelta SharePoint 2007 Client allows you to integrate BPM.Net 2007 with MOSS or WSS 3.0. It is a separate installation. Please contact Skelta sales team for more information.

| The bmp.net is installed and sharepoint is not installed there is an abundance of notifications that sharepoint is not installed. How do we customize which notifications are sent to the administrator and how do we specifically turn off Share point notifications?

| | Hi Brian, I guess the complete exception message of notifications would be, Error while checking if sharepoint was installed., - Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation., Inner Exception :Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.SharePoint.Library, Version=12.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.@#@ Or ! - Error while checking if sharepoint was installed., - Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation., Inner Exception :Object reference not set to an instance of an object., Module - If my assumption is correct, A quick suggestion would be "Removing the Microsoft.SharePoint.dll stops this error from showing up in the log console/notifications". How to apply? Option1: Try removing the DLLs (Microsoft.SharePoint.Library.dll, Microsoft.SharePoint.dll files) from the Bin folder (\\Skelta\BPM.NET\Bin folder) first and see the exception still comes. If so and still the same exception comes, then remove it from the GAC (right click - uninstall from C:\Windows\assembly folder) also and then observe the behavior. Option2: Cross check in the entire C drive if you have the Microsoft.SharePoint.dll file. If found, delete that, test the scenario again and observe the behavior. NOTE: Please make sure you should try the above options only if there is no dependency on these DLLs by any other applications (apart from Skelta) and take a backup of the DLLs before you removing them. Cheers, Sri |
