Hi,

The Approver has sent reply to system using following syntax:

Action: [Approve]

But, this change is not getting reflected in the workflow. Please advice if we need to make any settings in the Skelta Configuration to enable approvals via Email Replies.

Hi,

In order to respond to the assigned activities through mail channel, make sure that you have created new POP3 user with the email account that was configured for From Email property of the Repository and configured the same under mail server setting of Skelta Farm Config wizard.

Hi Suman,

Thanks for your response. We are using Gmail as the mail account, which needs SSL. How can I specify the SSL configuration in Skelta?

Please note that we don't have access to the User Interface as shared in SUN documentation links that you shared. Instead we are providing these settings in the following file:

C:\Program Files\Skelta\BPM.NET 2006\CommunicationConfig.xml
