Hello,

Is it possible to have multiple forms bound to the same workflow?  For example, I have a GL Entry form and a Select Approver form.  When I try and bind them to the workflow they both want to use the SFFormData and the second form is not bound.  How can I get this to work?  I actually have a number of forms that may need to be added in this workflow.

Thanks!

Hi,

You cann't bind more than 1 form to a workflow and currently only one form can be associated to a workflow.

However, as a workaround, you can maintain a Master Form where all the controls will be placed (depending the requirement visible true/false etc.,) and associate it to a workflow. And you can create different views of the form, make use (or call) of them using Invoke Form Activities within the workflow.

Thanks,
