When I use accruent to reference a form field, that field is not populated until the first human task in the workflow has been created.

How do I use the expression editor to go directly to the table and pull a value based on the entity or other project identifier?

I have a decision item for which I need the engine to go to a table, read the value, and then choose the appropriate output based on the value.

The table is populated by accruent SLM. How do I use the decision to get the value and make the appropriate action.

I am sorry, but I am a novice user and I have absolutely no documentation to assist me. I am figuring this all out on my own. Accruent did not provide any with SLM, and I don't think they know how to use the workflow either.

Will screenshots help? Where can I download the developer guide for Workflow?

Hi Brown,

Are you using BPM.NET 2006 or BPM.NET 2007 or BPM.NET 2009? Request you to clarify on the same.

I am using the 2006 version of BPM.

Do I need to use a return statement to retrieve the value stored in the object I am calling?

Hi Brown,

Yes, you may need to use a return statement in order to retrieve the value from the respective method.
