Please check the name of the .aspx file is proper or not.If you are using the machine on which skelta is installed then localhost should work.If Skelta is installed on one machine and if you are trying to access on another machine give that "machine name" or "IP address" instead of localhost.

Am sharing few thoughts with you on this issue and check if it helps.

1.  Try to open Skelta Sample Application Project from Visual Studio Ex: C:\Program Files\Skelta\Workflow.NET\Samples\SkeltaSample\SampleApplication_SKELTA Project.  Build the project again and try to run the application.

2.  If the above scenario does not help, Goto IIS and remove the skelta application folder and create a new one with same name and point to the skelta sample directory (C:\Program Files\Skelta\Workflow.NET\Samples\SkeltaSample) and try.

3.  Check permission and security on the SkeltaSamples folder?
>> Right click on the folder and on General Tab - uncheck Read-only.  Click on security tab.  Add everyone or ASP.NET users.

4.  Run the aspnet_regiis from the ...\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322 is as follows.  [ Ex : aspnet_regiis file in C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322].
Step1 :  In command prompt,  Goto ...\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322 and type aspnet_regiis -u
Step2 :  In command prompt,  Goto ...\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322 and type aspnet_regiis -i
And then try to open Sample Application again.

The one which was suggested earlier is related to sample application and it should not cause any functionality related problems/any effect on other things. However, get in touch with support@skelta.com so that this can be sorted out at the earliest.

Create a simple aspx page under C:\Program Files\Skelta\Workflow.NET\Samples\SkeltaSample and then try to browse the same. This will help to identify if it is something to do with IIS or Skelta.
