Hi.

One of the workflows in use here has a task nearing the end where it creates a bunch of SPFolders (could be over 100), and replicates annexed files into them.

All of this is controlled through a webservice that we call from the workflow.

As you can imagine, this could be a time consuming task, but it must be done.

as it happens, this has been working great until now, because the latest batch was enormous, so, I want to be increase the timeout for the webservice for this workflow in particular... how can I do this?

Thanks

Dave.

Hi,

There is no option available for setting timeout for the WebService in BPM.NET 2007 / SharePoint Accelerator 2007. However, this is taken care in BPM.NET 2009.

Hi Dave,

There is no patch or default timeout is configurable. We have experienced that timeout configuration leads to memory problem.
