Dear Gaurav,

Can you please try adding the currently logged in user to Skelta administrator security group from Enterprise console and try the scenario again.

Hi Gaurav,

In order to resolve the issue, you need to do the mapping from EC (Enterprise console) and the steps are as follows:

1.  Mapping a user to a security group From EC :

Create a user:  From application menu settings-->Users, In users list click on new and provide the user details and save.

Once the user saved we can map the user with required security group. (Until unless we map the user, the user belongs to Limited Access Security group by default).

2. To map a user to security group follow the below steps:

Got Repository Settings-->Advanced Settings --> Click on Manage Security Group - Resource mapping link and in the list click on new in opened page, select Map Users tab and by using user lookup search for the user and select the user, select security group to which the user needs to be mapped and save.

3.  Providing BAM rights:

Form EC : Goto Repository Settings--> Advanced Settings -->Manage Security Groups --> Select the corresponding security group (the belongs to) and edit --> check the can view bam control option and save.

After performing the above steps, try the scenario.

Thanks, Sri

Hi Gaurav,

If the user is part of an administrator to the SharePoint site, you can see username as 'system account' at the right side corner in the site.  If Yes, add the "System Account" from Enterprise console and provide the permissions.

How to : You need to add the permissions at two places from EC.

Enterprise Console - Repository Settings - Advanced Settings- Manage Security Group-Resource Mapping - New - Map Users - search for the user account (System Account) - select security group as an Administrator - click on Save.

And hope you have already done the below step (if yes, pls ignore).

Form EC : Goto Repository Settings--> Advanced Settings -->Manage Security Groups --> Select the corresponding security group (administrator) and edit --> check the can view bam control option and save.

Thanks, Sri
