Details:

I need help from your side to check whether MOSS 2007 and WSS 3.0 exist on same server?

Could you send me some sites or documents which explain whether MOSS 2007 and WSS 3.0 co-exist on same server?

If it is yes, then what is the procedure to install both the products on same server & what are its pros and cons?

If it is not, then I guess we need to have licensed copy of MOSS 2007, is it correct?  

I need above information just for reference.
