I am getting a pop up message "The serial key entered is invalid. Please try again or contact the vendor" after providing the serial key while trying to install the Skelta SharePoint Client 2009 on a Windows 2008 Server machine.

What is the problem? The serial key is invalid or is there any other issue? This is a fresh key I received recently.

Hi,

This is not a problem with your License key. Actually the logged in user account is not having sufficient rights on the machine.

Add the Logged in user in the Administrator Group or try the installation using the local admin user account. This shoul help you in this issue.
