Getting the below error message in the logger

!Error at Save Operation, - Workflow List requires titles to be unique Opdracht Process is not a unique title, please advice.

if the column name is Name and you write into Display Name Customer Name the

Database lookup will not work because it is not the same. In Display Name

must always stay Name (same as column name).
