When I goto the Farm configuration wizard and when I try to create a Framdatabase and click Test connection it is succeeded. But when I click next I am getting the below error.

Could not load file or assembly  “Microsoft.Sqlserver.Batchparser (Screen shot attached)? 

Any help please?

This is the issue with Microsoft and they have release a patch for that, you may download it and check? The path for the patch is given below:
