when i right click on this arrow , one box is opened that it have some options for example :action completed and etc.(i display them on attach file)

i has to select one of them  otherwise  i can't deploy this page.

now please say to me :

1. purpose of each of this options
2. can i put each activity after resourcr set or no(shall i put after it specific activity)?
3. i think that resource activity help to me for determine actors that can continue part of workflow is it true or no , if  your answer is no please describe for me end use it?
