I was working on one workflow and it was almost done. Just to experiment with activities, I changed the "CHOICE" activity with "TASK" activity and filled the mandatory fields of TASK Activity.

After doing so, I started getting some error, and now when I am trying to reopen it after closing I am getting error. And because of this I am not able to change it back to its initial state.

Please advice on this issue.

I did some workarounds to get my workflow. I exported it to XML and then Changed something in TASK activity, and finally imported it back to skelta in a new workflow.

But still I would like to know the reason for the error, I post in  my previous post.

Can you please provide the details of the Task you have configured, the details of the task and its outputs?

I added under "select task type" a New Task as Action Completed.

After this I was facing this problem. Following is the error description

"Server Reposnded with Error : Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: 'Action Completed' Key being added: 'Action Completed'"

This is similar to the scinario explained in the KB article http://www.skelta.com/KB/article.aspx?id=10264&query=Action+Completed. "Action Completed" is a standard value predefined for Skelta and should not be used as an output or Task Name.
