at the under right corner of the window of work itemlist  being one textbox that it topic is "comment"

i'd like to know that :

1. what is format of text that i can write to this text box ?
2.  is this text (that i write in text box) sent to next activity that it put after current activity or it is sent to other location?
3. when i click on approve button ot reject button that they are put under this box my page is not fix and any work don't do . why?

please help to me for solve these problemes.

1. You can type free text in the comment box

2. This is not sent to the next activity by default, you can use workflow variables to capture the comments and display to user. The steps for the same are described in the help documentation

3. Can you please elaborate on item 3.

in number 2  i don't know yet , where can i see  comment that it is  wrote in comment box in WorkItem List and about number 3 my problem is solved.
